NetAlly AirCheck Screen Capture and Upload Tip

One of my personal criteria for troubleshooting tools is the ease in which you can capture the screen, report, and how to retrieve that information.

Trying to take a photo of the screen while avoiding screen glare is not acceptable and I’m getting tired of writing my own scripts as a workaround.

I have to give the folks at NetAlly credit for their products on how easy it easy to capture data and get access to it.

In this video, I show you how to perform a simple screen capture (which was built into Android). I then take it to the next level by showing you how easy it was for me to upload the file to my Link-Live portal. I just realized that I didn’t mention that you could just as easily copy the files using a USB flash drive.

I want to stress how important it is to have a process, workflow or procedure to delete the files from the unit after you are done. This is critical when dealing with capture files.
