Photoshoot ??

A big red flag when working with clients is when their answers start with "it should", "I think" or "someone else did that".

The point is that you should know! Even if you didn't do the work, go check, verify, or validate yourself. Nowadays everyone has a phone, so if the site is remote, take a photo or a video. Better yet start up a video call guide someone through a walk around and record it.

When possible, I take it a step further and use my 360 camera to photograph the room.

in this case, it saved me a trip back when the internet provider asked me if the plywood behind the door was up yet and I hadn't thought to look. I pulled up the 360 photo, panned around, exported an image, and sent it to him.

It doesn't matter if it's a new install, upgrade, or support call, get in the habit of taking photos. in the beginning, create a simple directory system like site_name\description\ , maybe something like acme\datacenter\serverrack\

Since the video is a youtube short, i cant embed it, so click on the link, or image
